It was received on the 6th.

I got approved today!!!!!

Both my I-130 and I-129F got approved today from Nebraska!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy and relieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Allah!!!!!!!

I got approved today!!!!!

Just want to make sure you didn't expedite your case? If not then you are probably the first July transfer who got approved at NSC.

No expedite at all! ordinary case!

I was expecting an RFE, because I did not send any proofs of a bona fide relationship, but I guess they did not need it!!

Proof of bona fide relationship is optional per my understanding and is not required during the submission of i130. They may ask for proofs during an interview. Good luck with rest of the process.

How did you make a service request?

I think what helped is that I filed I-129F 10 days after I-130.

So I was calling Tier 2 and having them put is service requests for I-129F outside of processing time (started calling after 5 month and half of I-129F NOA1).
