Congratulations are in order.

With TSC, we've noticed something for march and june (just fyi).

You either get approved in 30 (+/- ) 10 days

or

They keep you there for 2 months.

Good luck !

My signature says most of my info but I'll expand on it a little bit. The first email was Jan 28th, and the hard copy states the 29th. My final email arrived on the 30th, so I guess I'm not clear on which of those latter dates to go by. It was probably sent on the 29th, and arrived on the 30th?

This is what I got from my senator's office inquiry:

"Good afternoon,

The Nebraska Service Center confirmed with me that they received your petitions on January 6th. Processing times for I-129F and I-130 petitions at Nebraska are approximately 60-90 days after they are received. If you don’t have a decision or notice of action by early April, please let me know and I can ask them for another update.

Thank you,"

Ugh, this is a standard, canned answer that the USCIS gave the senator.

Apparently, contacting members of congress doesn't work anymore.

Hang in there... hopefully both of our approvals will come shortly.

hi everybody!

Ive been a silent follower of this threat for a bit now, its been about a month since i got transfered to TSC, and over 6mo since my process started, is it too early to call and figure out whats going on with my case?

Btw, we are a same sex couple who filed the day DOMA was struck down, im not sure if that matters or not nowadays

PS: congrats to all transfers/approvals!

We are also a same-sex couple who filed the day after DOMA fell! We were also transferred to Texas, and last Friday were approved. It took 31 days to be approved once we were transferred. Your time must be coming soon!
