Tier 2 also told me something crazy about I-130 and where they are as far as processing:

She said they were working on May 14th. I asked her to make sure and I spelled out the month for her M, A, Y to make sure and she confimed: yes, the fifth month of the year.

But when I asked her why CSC is processing July and NSC and TSC are still processing April and May, she declined to answer and said that she can't disucss other cases with me.

Congratulations to you and all other recent approvals and transfers. For those that sent out the I130 package at end of July, check your NOA1 hard copy for your receipt date...if you see the receipt date of Aug 1 or so, please feel free to join August thread where all the activity has begun :) If your NOA1 is stating end of July date, let me know and I will add it. Good to see Texas and Nebraska showing some movement.

No, we are not. I'm NOA1 July 1, transferred December 30 to TSC. Absolutely nothing. No RFE. No approval.

I'm happy for you guys, but really irritated that people after me in the queue are getting approved, and I have dead silence.
