I been so sensitive lately I think I'm going to cry but tears of joy this time!!! I just received an email from Texas stating the following

"Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On January 24, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. "

Please tell me I read this correct??? It says approved!!!

Congrats!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

Am an August filer and our case was transferred on Jan 22nd. But, we haven't yet got any email confirming the same or mentioning which Service Center it has been sent to. For all of you whose got a transfer, how long did it take for you to get an email confirming the transfer?

if not, then you need to register.

You will get a hard copy in the mail telling you to what service service your petition was transferred. The emails will not tell you where it went.

We have same PD I was also transferred to Texas. First e-mail Jan 3, Texas Received it Jan 6.

Our case was also transfered to Texas Jan 3 and was received on the 6th.... I pray I hear something positive soon.

I don't even know if I am posting in the right place. I just got my email........PD July 16th, Approved. Earlier today, we received an email to say that my alien registration number was changed, now this! I can't go back to sleep. Thank you TSC
