Shortly after your reply I sent an copy of same email to my senator. Hopefully some headway will be made.

Praise God, got a message less than a minute ago stating that our case was transferred. Awaiting the supplemental emails to determine where.

At this point, I'll just take a transfer.

Texas, California, Montana, Nebraska, Trannsylvania ... Timbuktu...

careful what you wish for!!!!

Being transferred to Nebraska or Texas is no different from staying at NBC!!!!!!

Let's just pray for faster processing for all!!!!!!!!!

AOS Bill Paid - 27th March 2014

E-mailed NVC to Change the Consulate of Beneficiary - 31st March 2014

IV Bill Paid - 5th April 2014

AOS Package Submitted - 7th April 2014

DS - 260 Available - 8th April 2014

Waiting for the reply from NVC before going any further :(

I'm sorry I've all but disappeared from this thread - been a crazy couple of months!

Glad to see that there has finally been some movement on transfers and approvals from July filers - even if your time hasn't come yet, it still shows that you're one step closer to being together with your spouse. smile.png

That said, today we received a text message that we were transferred! Of course, like everyone else, I'm hoping it'll end up at the CSC. If anything, even if we don't receive an approval right away, this has at least kicked my butt into gear for gathering the rest of the paperwork for the NVC step.

We mailed off the petition 7/28, NOA1 was 8/5.

05/01/14 - IV under review email received, CASE COMPLETE! :]

05/07/14 - Received email confirming case complete

05/16/14 - Received P4 letter with interview date

06/16/14 - Medical exam in Surrey, BC

06/23/14 - Interview date! Approved! CEAC status changes to "Issued!"

06/26/14 - Visa received

07/08/14 - POE at Peace Arch Crossing in Blaine, WA, and a 25 hour road trip home to Colorado!

06/13/16 - Mailed the I-175 to CA!

06/16/16 - Received notification that the package was delivered successfully

06/21/16 - NOA1 (on wifey's birthday~)

06/25/16 - NOA for biometrics appointment

07/14/16 - Biometrics date

Process from start to finish (before ROC):

10 months, 3 weeks, 5 days!

OH MY GOD MY CASE WAS TRANSFERRED! JUST GOT A MESSAGE A MINUTE AGO!

Is this really happening? I can't believe it....!!!!!!

I can see a small light at the end of the tunnel.

"On January 21, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."
