Which would beg the question as to why there is such an obsession with that particular case? I can see no rational reason why anyone not directly involved would spend so much time thinking about it but then this is VJ OT where rational thought is definitely not required

1 - You will be forced to get a building permit to erect a church in order to exercise your 1st amendment right.

2 - You will be required to pay court costs and fees or even hire your own layer if you want to exercise your right to redress a grievance before the US government.

3 - You will be required to pay real estate taxes if you decide to exercise your 3rd amendment right.

4 - You will be forced to pick up the clutter in your own home or property if you wish to exercise your 4th amendment right.

5 - You will have to pay for the upbringing and education of your children if they are to exercise their 4th amendment right.

And that covers just three of the first four amendments.... It is almost as though these darn liberals expect one to take responsibility for one's life and actions!!!
