You mean like not going to Cheesecake Factory anymore because they have like 250 items on the menu and it takes forever to make up your mind?

No.

If you need an analogy, it would be like if I were asked to adjudicate on your fiancee's K1 petition and my boss gives me a document detailing 1 katrillion reasons to say no. That's high enough to make me wonder if your fiancee really deserves it or.... someone's trying to keep her out. High enough to make me look at this all a bit harder than I might otherwise.

I never filed a K-1 petition for my fiancee.

Those tough gun crime laws were heavily endorsed by the NRA.

What's funny is when endorsed the NRA envisioned the criminal being their "stereotypical" bad guy...not a card member.

I guess membership doesn't have it's privileges this time?

Hopefully this trial will at least make the next crime-fighter stay in their car; it's actually better for everyone.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

I am guessing he will be home by the weekend.

a person convicted of 2nd degree murder WOULD be a stereotypical "bad guy"

Hopefully the outcome will be based in law is what you mean. Right?
