DS 3032 email acceptance, AOS cover sheet App error

Hi,

According to what i read here, sending the DS 3032 choice of agent can be done as soon as you have the NVC case # and IIN.So i sent the email on jul 1.I did receive the auto reply, but no response or acceptance of my ds 3032.and i have still not been invoiced for IV fee.

I was invoiced for AOS on Jul 8, paid on Jul 8 and shows PAID on July 9 close of business, however when i try to print the cover sheet on CEAC site i still get Application error, is it because i should wait another few days after PAID status?

Also i am wondering if at this point, i should just resend the ds 3032 email? or wait?

you can resend it to the supervisor, but it takes as long as two weeks to get accepted then another day or three until the bill shows up

I would wait until after 15 business days to resend another DS3032,reason being they told us the same thing after we sent it and we got ours about 2 weeks later, which was 10 business days. We were able to pay the AOS bill and print out the bar coded cover sheet before the status showed paid and send the packet. We kept checking the payment portal and we were able to pay the IV fee before we got an acceptance email of the DS3032, but once u are able to pay the fee, then your DS3032 has been accepted and you will get a conformation email a bit later if u dont get it before your able to pay the IV fee. I hope this doesn't sound to confusing. Good Luck

For the last 4 days, the website is giving an application error to print the cover sheet and NVC says its working on it..

Interesting that you mention that you paid the IV before 3032 got accepted..did you use the same IIN as AOS to pay the IV payment when it is made available? And after payment, did you send the IV packet or wait till your 3032 got accepted?

The IV bill is proof the DS-3032 was accepted regardless of email stating such. You use the same NVC and IIN to pay the IV bill when available as you did for the AOS.

Just as NikiR stated, it is proof that your DS3032 has been accepted. I apologize if i didn't make it clear on what i posted, basically if u keep checking the payment portal, it is very possible you will get your IV bill invoiced before the confirmation email, such as in our case. Once your IV bill is invoiced, then your DS3032 has been accepted, you only get your IV bill generated after DS3032 has been accepted. So keep checking portal as well as email cause you can get either one first before the other, i sent the IV packet right after i paid it. Good Luck

NVC takes 15 business days to respond, suggest resend it after 15 business days with "Supervisor Review".
