6/21 I-130 transfers from VSC to TSC

Hi all, I've been on the look out for I130 cases that were transferred on 6/21 from VSC to TSC. I've only seen K-1 transfer discussions. I would like to have an idea if there are others in same boat.

Mine was transferred on 6/21 and I've not heard anything from them. Please share your experiences.

130's don't go to vsc any more .. not since last august

The case was filed April 2012 as LPR at VSC and upgraded in June as USC. Then it was transferred to TSC on 6/21

Are you sure it was sent to TSC or was it sent to the petitioner's local office or NBC? You should inquire with the USCIS tier 2 to where exactly your file is.

TSC doesn't do I-130 petitions on a normal or even sub-normal basis.

Gone for infopass at Local Office and they confirmed that it went to TSC. So far, I've not read of any peculiar case, I've seen loads of K1 though.

You are a I-130 you would not be going to TSC thats only K1. You have no timeline so I only can guess this but any I-130 filed after August 15, 2012 went to NBC (National Benefits Center) in Summit, Missouri. From there you are transferred to your local USCIS office. That would not be TSC for you.

When did you file? And could you please . It really helps us help you with answers to your questions.

Did you by chance file I-130 first than a I-129F in hopes of going the K3 route?

Its only I130 filed, nothing more, filed April last year at VSC, upgraded this year and was transferred on 6/21

Same here. I received the mail on July 12th and found out that my case (F2A) was transferred to TSC from VSC. PD is May 31, 2012. Another member here also received the same notice on the same day that i received it. Yours might be one of the first batch that was transferred. Please keep us posted : )

Same here. Filed on 03/26/2012 to VSC, and received a notice from USCIS that my case was transferred to TSC on 6/21/2013.

Does anyone know or heard back from TSC anything other than 'pending' (really sick of it )? I130 is not even included in TSC processing timelines. you couldn't tell whether it could take them months or years.

One other thing that puzzles me. Why is VSC transferring the cases to other offices when it has 5 months processing for F2A.
