Question,

We got married within the 90 days but can not file until next month for AOS. Will this be a problem. My I-94 expired July 1st, we got married May 24th. The problem was Hubby's Health Insurance premiums went up for 32.50 a week to 160.00 a week which meant it took out a very big bite of our budget.

I have 4 daughters which came over with me, do I have to file for their AOS at the same time of me or can we wait. We will have just enough for me but not for them.

Take a look at the pinned thread at the top of the forum, "Calling all K-2 AOS... for more specific information that may apply to your (undefined age) daughters:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/287035-calling-all-k-2-aosers-past-and-present/

The AOS process is expensive, yet it should be done as soon as possible. There may be some specific state, federal, private business requirements for AOS documentation, i.e., driver's license/ID cards, SSNs, education-residency, health insurance, etc.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
