I am not gong to send in the EAD aplication at this time because I don't think I will be around for biometric fingerprints at the time they would probley make my appointment. I am wondering what payments I need to make with the adj of status aplication. I believe the biometrics is part of the adj of status aplication fee. although it is for the EAD. I don't need to send a check for the EAD because I am not sending it in at this time. So do I still just send one check for $395 (aos and biometrics) or do I not include biometrics and what would that amount be? Thanks

Biometrics is for EAD and AOS. If you're not filing for EAD, you still have to pay the biometrics fee for the AOS, so yes, send one check for $395.

You will be asked to take biometics, even if you don't file EAD.
