Sorry. I just realized that I placed this in the wrong forum ..........

My husbands AOS Interview is coming up. I have him on my health insurance at work.

A couple of questions:

#1) How do we prove that he is on my Health Insurance? Will the cards itself be OK?

#2) The insurance card has my maiden name, not my married. Is this a problem?

Thanks for your help!

Cards will be fine, insurance in your maiden name will be fine. Note that its not required for you to have joint health insurance, but it helps show you have a life together. What you have sounds fine. In my interview I photocopied both of our cards, which had the same plan membership/id on but different names, onto one piece of paper and gave that as evidence. Our interviewer didn't so much as give it a glance, and just stuck it in the file.
