Congrats!!! Good luck to you on your journey!!

As part of the next steps, I"m assuming you'll have to submit a police certificate from your country of residence (India?) Did you already get it? If not, how would you go about getting it. I've stayed in US/Canada all of my teenage and adult life and have recently returned to India in the past year.

Curious to see how you're planning the steps.

Congrats again! =)

Im really confused. Why are some processed really fast and some aren't? Mine is being processed in the California Service Center. My fiance lives in Australia and he's moving here. We haven't heard anything since Feb 4 2013. We applied Jan 26th 2013. We haven't gotten any RFEs so whats the hold up? Should I call them?

Yes, please contact them and speak with a Tier 2 immigration officer. Tell him/her your situation. In my case, I got a mail from them saying that they've lost my file. I hope to god that's not what's happened to you too.

4/1/2013 Mailed I-129F to Dallas
4/3/2013 Application received in Dallas
4/8/2013 NOA1 approved/mailed back to fiancee in US
4/13/2013 NOA1 in hand

9/04/2013 Case transferred to TSC

9/18/2013 NOA2 Approvedkicking.gif

9/23/2013 Case transferred to NVCdancin5hr.gif

10/01/2013 Case sent to Mumbai Consulate

10/04/2013 Case arrived at Mumbai Consulatestar_smile.gif

My fiance is from India and he has yet to start working on the police certificate. This was way unexpectent and we really thought it would not be till aug when we would receive noa2 and of course he is on business trip and won't be returning to patna in another 6 days but I will let you know what he did and keep you informed if you like!
