can anyone help me out with what do i need when i call the NVC to get the MNL # ( Manila, Philippines)

receipt number from nvc letter

i think thats it?...

i do not have letter from NVC . so how do i give receipt number

they never sent it to me and it has been since June 11th that it was sent to the NVC

call exactly 7:30am Eastern time (this what my fiance did to get the NVC #)

The same thing with us we had our NOA2 June 13, my fiance tried sending an email just replied to him insufficient information cannot process. They did not tell what information they need from us. Then waited for a couple of weeks more and he called last July 8, waited only 5 mins. he was able to get the MNL Case#.

The next day i paid $240 to BPI and after 8 hours scheduled my appointment. We will be waiting for 1 more week for the NVC letter by mail or email. If not i will proceed with my medical check up.

But just make sure all the necessary documents need to be completed here in the Philippines (NBI/Police Clearance, NSO Birth Cert, Cenomar) are already prepared.

thank you i now have the MNL number . the trouble we are having is she lives so far from Manila. i have to send her almose 600. USA just so she can go do her medical. th i will have to send that much again just so she can do her interview. she will have to stay at hotel.
