we're approved!!! logged in at the uscis website just now and found this:

Post Decision Activity

On July 9, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

we sent our application on march 29, 2013.

got our noa1 april 3,2013.

and noa2 july 9, 2013.

no rfe.

it was only 97 days.

i am the beneficiary and my usc fiance said he did not receive any text or email from uscis.

we will forever be grateful to everyone here on vj. all we did was follow all procedure and didn't have to hire a lawyer.
