Time frame on recieving RFE letter

Had been checking on line status since December filing, in late May transferred to Texas, in mid june stautus went blank, called late June they said they issued an RFE on 6/21, was told by several on here that they had 15 days to get letter to me, on july 3rd staus changed on - line to RFE and it says letter mailed out on that day, called CS and they said 6/3 was the date the letter was mailed, should have been here by now

Question for others who have had an RFE, how many days from the date on line requesting more info until the date you had the letter in hand?

I hope i dont have to wait 15 dats from 7/3
