I File aI-129F back on March 12. NOA1 on March 20th, Just got notice that my case has been transferred to my local office. It should be a matter of time before we recieve the NOA2. She will be immigrating with her daughter. Her daughter already has dual citizenship and an American Passport due to fact the father is an American Citizen and lives in the US. Here are some questions you can help me with.

Will the daughter required get a medical Exam as well as my Fiancee?

Will she be included in the Visa? Or Can she travel with her mom solely with her American Passport and Colombian Passport?

Do I need to file a seperate I-134 for the Daughter?

Any help would be great!

Thanks again.

The USC should have a US passport and therefore needs no visa.

She could come today and wait with you for her Mom.

Because the daughter is a US citizen, a US passport is all she needs to enter the US. No additional medical or financial paperwork or visa is necessary.
