VSC transfered April filer! !!!!

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE EMAIL SAY?

I got two emails about an hour apart.

First one says:

On July 10, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at

1-800-375-5283.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.

If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment. We try to schedule biometric appointments as quickly as possible and in most cases you will receive your appointment notice within 30 days of submitting your application. We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment. If absolutely necessary, you can request that your appointment be rescheduled however, please be aware that rescheduling may delay the processing of your application. Please follow the instructions on your appointment notice if you need to reschedule. Occasionally, you may receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have filed a form other than those listed above. In these situations, you may receive your appointment notice more than 30 days after submitting your application or petition.

congratulations!!!you will get another one in one week that says your case has been transfered and is now being processed...then a week from then you will get an approval

You will recieve a Hard copy in the mail in a couple of days and it will tell you for sure..I was a Dec filer that got transfered also to Texas. It was 195 days fromNOA1 to NOA2... Good luck

I just checked my status today. It says On July 10 2013 your we transfered your petition to another office bexause they now have jurisdiction over my case.

I was wondering if was it sent to TSC?

I am an April filer. I thought they only transfered the Dec. and Jan filers.

I'm a bit worried. Does anyone have any idea what is going on or did anyone ever receive the same thing?

Im a march filer and i got this message too...I'm so scared now coz i don't know where it's been transferred to and how long it'd take to get a reply...i hope all is well...**scared***

I just received an email a few minutes ago about the same thing. I'm a March filer of VSC, and wondering if it got transferred to TSC. I am nervous right now.

I am a FEB filer and was moved to Texas . I am expecting my NA02 any day now . Try to relax I think this is a good thing for you as I am seeing recent transfers being approved at Texas .

No one knows for sure but it does indeed look to be so. Those posting about being transferred have NoA1 dates from all over March & April.

I also got the same notice today. I'm an April 8th filer. I did contact my congressman so I was wondering if that was the reason for the transfer, but it looks like a lot of others have the same issue. I don't know whether to be excited or what! I didn't expect to hear anything from them fo another few months so this is good!
