I'm a March filer....was just notified, "On July 10, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case."

Is this a Texas transfer or should it say it's been transferred to Texas?

It won't say Texas until you get the hard copy of the transfer. It's much likely Texas. Don't be alarmed when you get 3 emails in a row. That's how it went down for previous transfers. Good luck to all of you
