You guys! Wth??

I JUST got this e-mail:

On July 10, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer.

I'm an April 17 filer??? Error? Punishment for abusing the case status system?? Act of God??

07/10/2013 TSC transfer
07/22/2013 NOA2 - 96 days
08/09/2013 Shipped to NVC

08/19/2013 NVC received and assigned case number - 4 weeks after NOA2

08/19/2013 Shipped to Embassy; e-copy received

08/21/2013 Packet 3 Sent

08/23/2013 Embassy received hard copy

08/26/2013 Packet 3 received at Embassy

09/11/2013 Touched

09/12/2013 Touched

09/13/2013 Packet 3 received

09/14/2013 Packet 4 received

I just got an email just like that, right after I called to speak to a tier 2 officer & I'm an April filer too. blink.png

They might be transferring cases still I heard their backlogged with other types of petitions (not K1).

If so, this is likely a good thing, because that means that we'll be approved (hopefully) sooner rather than later!

[2015-06-16] AP Approved!
[2015-06-23] EAD/AP Card Received!

[2015-10-02] AOS Approved (No Interview)!

[2015-10-07] Greencard Mailed

[2015-10-09] Approval Notice Recieved

[2015-10-09] Greencard Recieved!

I used RapidVisa for my petition; a paperwork service. A K1 is $375.00 to use their hassle-free online application system.

They are moving fast!!!! We got transferred on June 21 and got approved yesterday. I'm a march filer! So don't loose your hope and keep praying! Texas is moving fast, this are good news guys. Good luck
