People who Filed AOS with a Lawyer

Hi, I have a question for people who filed AOS with a lawyer. Is the interview letter mailed out just to the lawyer or both? The reason I am asking is I never received RFE letter and it only went to my lawyer. She sat on it for 3 weeks before I called her to check on it. I want to be on top of it now. I know they dont send out an email for it.

RFE email back from USCIS stating they received it : 11/15/06

If you sign up on the USCIS website, i believe you do get everything via email as well. That is what I was led to believe. We have not gotten an interview yet, so i really do not know.

You don't get an email or even a touch (in my case at least) when the interview letter is sent. It just comes in the mail.

my lawyer was copied on all correspondence.
