Did the prosecution really get on top of a dummy and demonstrate what GZ would have done with TM on top of him.

They just illustrated one of the most important parts of the defenses case !

Crowing about being right in a post in which you are so wrong. Video can be played as part of closing argument. We never thought cell phone video was going to be as admitted. The video is nonsense. Who cares? Ho Hum. Sure they want to play it because it is a cartoon and will show what they want it to show and as a juror it would have exactly that much influence on me.

As a juror (and as a person) I really do not care what TM did before that night. I own guns so you are going to shoe me he had a gun? So what? So do I. He smoked pot? So what? I don't but don't care if someone else does. A 17 y.o. that smokes pot! OMG OMG OMG! So what?

None of it matters. GZ was justfied in self defense, the prosecution did nothing to remove reasonable doubt about that, in fact they provided gobs and gibs of reasonable doubt.

GZ walks. The jury deliberates less than 4 hours and two hours of it will be picking a foreman and eating a good lunch. We should have a verdict before Friday evening unless the prosecution drags out the rebuttal process or goes on and on in closing arguments, the jury will have it by Friday, noon.

Acquittal.

Knowing the police would arrive soon and in the dark.he yelled for what at least 40 seconds or more.Praying they would find him .
