Hi All,

I am working online at my home office for 4 years now, no local job since 2009.

One of the DS forms is asking to list the past and present employers, is it okay to list my employers ONLINE or employers from my past local jobs?

My employers are from United States through an online workplace based in Redwood City, CA.

ALSO, on the DS-156 Online Form, can you please help me understand this section? Because we had a lawyer to help us process the first stage.

39. Was this Application Prepared by Another Person on Your Behalf? Yes No
(If answer is YES, then have that person complete item 40.) 40. Application Prepared By:
NAME: Relationship to Applicant:
ADDRESS:

Signature of Person Preparing Form:____________________________________________ DATE (dd-month-yyyy)__________________________

Thank you so much for any help you can provide. smile.png

List all your employers as requested on the form, U.S. based or otherwise. You can attach an addendum to explain you work from home.

A lawyer is not preparing THIS form for you so the answer is NO.
