ok so i called usem right before their about to close cause i was sooo curious on our case

although i already knew from my husband they gave him a 221g. theyre requesting him to provide

*i-864a

*w2

*income tax return

so i called and immediately got to talk to a lady.

they were super nice. they asked me for the case number and asked me if im the petitioner

i told them yes i am.

then i started off by asking specifically what do they need in order to complete processing for my husbands immirgrant visa application. because i didnt see the 221g letter they gave my husband. i just wanted to make sure.

and the lady said yes they need to the documents

*i-864a & MY W2 n ITR for 2012.

at that point i was shocked! cus i thought they only needed my parents i-864a itr n w2

but when she said they needed mines i was confused.

i told her i sent ALL the required documents for affitdavit of support to NVC back in march-april

i even got a checklist for the AOS cus i forgot to provide proof of relationship to my jointsponolsor which is

both my parents so all i gave was my birthcertficate and they accepted it at NVC.

i explained to her everything what was sent to NVC n the checklist part.

i was guessing that maybe the consulate wanted to just see it at the interview from my husband

but i been told all documents from NVC will be forwarded to embassy.

so you know at that point i was confused. i even told the lady why is it they needed those documents.

she told me to hold on. i was on hold for 5 mins. and she got back to me.

and the best i ever heard from her was EVERYTHING IS HERE MA'AM

THE 1040 INCOME TAX W2 FOR U N UR JOINT SPONSOR AND YOUR I 864 N THEIR I864A.

WOW!! I WAS SHAKING LITERALLY. I couldnt speak.i said so basically everything is there??

she said yes maam they probably overlooked it at the interview.

i asked her if my husband still has to send the documents from 221g. she said as of now maam no he doesnt cause the case worker said its all here.

just call back in 1-2 weeks because they need to review it. she said shes gonna refer this to the consul since its all there.

god is sooo good. im relieved!!!!! cause atleast now i know its all there. and all we have to do is wait.

i gotta call my husband n tell him the news.

i wonder if this happened to anyone before. has given a 221g n call the embassy to find out everythng was already there. im happy i called the embassy. n even though it was last minute the lady helped me alot :)

thank u bella:)

i pretty much explained what they were asking my husband

was my joint sponsor i-864a

he only showed my i864 but they said they wanted to see the joint sponsir i864a

thts why he was given a 221g white ppaper

they took his passport n let him fill up the 2go servoce part

i called the us embassy mnila yesterday n got to talk to a lady.

i confirmed the documents they requested frm my husband inorder to complete d processing of my husband

immirgrant visa.

she said the i864a

but then she also sed my w2 n itr was requested as well. i was shocked at dat point

then i explained to her as to why they needed those documents when i sent ALL aos needed documents to nvc.

my husband had my w2 n itr but he sed the consul never asked to look for them. so u know why was he given a 221g when he wasnt even asked for it at d interview.

so amyways the lady told me to hold on n tht she was gna talk to the case worker.

holding on for 5minutes she got back to me n told.me that all documents are actually there! even the ones their requesting

so i asked her if my husband has to still submit the documents they asked for. but she said as of now no becus its all der.

and that their gna refer this n to call bk in 1 week or two.

she also sed the consul must have overlooked at the interview

its nt fair cus others are being approved on d spot when my husband got the 221g when all documents are alredi there.

** i explained it on my post. read it
