I'll ask this question. Has it ever occured to anyone that maybe GZ started the confrontation when he met up with TZ? I ask this because he has given 3 versions of what happened that night. First, he said clearly on the 911 tape he was following him, then later on he said he wasn't following him, but just going in the same direction of TM, and his final answer which was he only got out of the car to look at a road sign. Which version is the right one?

The first because that what he stated in the moment without having to worry because nothing had happened yet.

There is tons of it. GZ has wounds on his body, TM smoked weed, got suspended from school for grafitti, stolen jewelry, and a fight. He also said the word creepy cracker, posted pics of guns on FB, and worse of all, he's black. This makes him a hyena, thug, thing(less than human). All the more reason to put him down.

No. No such evidence either. Which is why I say, it is pure speculation as to who initiated the physical fight. All we know from the evidence is that Zimmermann decided to follow Martin. That is undisputed.

This is the problem from both sides, since TM is dead, there is no definite way to say who started the fight one way or another. Folks see GZ's wounds and assume TM attacked first. It could very well be that he pushed TM first and then got his butt whooped.

Zimmerman is trying to say that it was self defense.

It doesn't seem like there's enough evidence to prove it wasn't.

It's like Casey Anthony, though that case actually had MORE evidence. The jury thought she killed her daughter, but there wasn't enough evidence for them to be 100% sure and she walked.

Which is why this case has so many people of color up in arms. If Zimmerman caused this confrontation and killed Martin because he bit off more than he could chew and he walks, it's going to be a shame.

I don't think there will be riots, people are better than that, but if he is aquitted I won't be suprised.
