I don't know anyone who isn't law enforcement that would see someone at night, in the dark, think they were suspicious enough to call the police on .. and then personally follow them.

I have a couple of them from the pound (one being the avatar over to the left) I find when I watch other peoples dogs that three dogs is past my threshold. A guy I worked with said it best: When you have a dog, you have a dog. When you have two dogs they have each other, when you have three dogs they have you..

GZ should not have followed TM. TM should not have attacked because of being followed.

You treat both of these as fact. We know for a fact that Zimmermann followed Martin - he admitted it. On record. We do not know whether Martin actually attacked Zimmermann or whether Zimmermann accosted him and Martin sought to fend him off. It's pure speculation who initiated the fight. It's not speculation as to who sought the encounter.

I'll ask this question. Has it ever occured to anyone that maybe GZ started the confrontation when he met up with TZ? I ask this because he has given 3 versions of what happened that night. First, he said clearly on the 911 tape he was following him, then later on he said he wasn't following him, but just going in the same direction of TM, and his final answer which was he only got out of the car to look at a road sign. Which version is the right one?

You're not paying attention. You say Martin attacked Zimmermann. It is quite possible that Zimmermann first attacked Martin and what witnesses actually saw was Martin fighting off Zimmermann.
