yes reasonable doubt.. but I think the jury will want to give him something because he could have avoided the whole situation. Someone posted an article today about the possible sentences.. I was thinking manslaughter but I did not realize that with manslaughter he had a mandatory 25 years (because a gun was involved) the article also mentioned there was an option to give him a class 1 misdemeanor for something else (don't remember the name "negligible something") that was a year in prison and a fine.. Might seem a bit more appropriate..
