sending k1 pack again due break up, is there another quicker way?

we had a break up so we are gonna have to send and start over all the visa thing, now, I need help to see if anyone has tried different way to make this process quicker like get married instead of doing this whole k1 again. thx

I am sure you already know there will be no way to speed up the process

the k1 is predictable

the cr1 is not

your office.. nyc.. is way behind.. I think they are running around 8-10 months from noa1-noa2

the cr1 does have several advantages in the end

it been so long after a got my noa2 that I dunno what cr1 is, you guys think I can just go to USA and get married there?

You can come here and get married BUT you then have to leave back to your country and wait out the I-130 (CR-1) process. If you come to the states to get married with the intent to stay and do not have the K-1 visa, it is fraud and you can have a life-time ban put upon you.... see the guides at the top of the page to compare the I-129 (K-1) and the I-130 (CR-1/Ir-1) for what the best option is for you. Ex broke it off with me just two days before our marriage date, been wishing ever since then, it stayed broken off.

We this new one that had to be imported, even a lot more problems, but we could sit and talk it over peacefully and come up with solutions. Also required a great deal of imposed upon patience, but we both stuck it out. Working out a zillion times greater than our first mistakes, she also got married too soon.

Maybe a good thing about immigration, it tests your relationship to the limit. If you can endure it, you know your relationship is good.

The K1 process will likely take 8-10 months (or more) until your fiance can enter the USA.

Then you'll have to get married within 90 days from the date of entry (getting off that plane).

Then once you're married you'll have to file for an Adjustment of Status (AoS), this means while your AoS is pending your foreign spouse will not be able to work until an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) has been granted.

Once your AoS is granted and your spouse gets their green card, all will be in the go.

If you have been married less than 2 years at the point that your AoS is approved you'll get a "Conditional Green Card" (CGC) and you'll have to apply for a Removal of Conditions (RoC) after 5 years (I think it's 5 years?).

After 3 years (I don't know if this counts on a CGC) your foreign spouse can apply for Naturalization, which will make the a Naturalized Citizen.

The CR-1 process you can get married, apply for the CR-1 and temporarily live in Argentina until you'll need to establish domicile in the USA and move back and get settled in with a job -- you'll likely need a co-sponsor if you do this for income requirements.

The CR-1 process can take months to years -- it's extremely variable and depends entirely on your case.

However once the CR-1 is approved your fiance will not have to file for an AoS, they'll get a green card almost right away.

If you've been married for 2 years or more at the date of entry, you won't have to lift conditions either.

After 3 years, you can apply for Naturalization.

I could be mistaken, so if I am someone, please correct me.

Sorry.. No "free quick pass" since you waited once... Gotta re-do it again... If there was a quick and easy way, I doubt there would be a VJ site... At least you know what you need to do... Sorry and good luck with the relationship... Just remember, going back to an ex is like reading a book for a second time, the ending remains the same... (But I wish you the best to write a new happy ending)
