i havent seen any rfe my fiancee been local office to do the infopass and they said there is nothing they can do bcos the case is in california and she living in chicago so i dont get this where can she go to do the info pass in chicago been waiting for 350days now.

you have many options you should have pursued once you hit the five month mark

uscis service request; omnibudsman (on uscis site); scopsscata; and your elected officials

I would recommend your fiancée get busy with those things like .. now

1/29/2013 withdrawal notice received
2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office
3/26/2013 Service request generated
4/12/2013 Infopass, file in workflow March 28
4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

how can u do a scopsscata?bcos we have tried all the other options.
