Need some real advise. I met my wife and married her 2 years ago. She recived her permente residency for 2 years . She came here to usa stayed 3 months left and came back for another month.know she is back in colombia and told me she will not return unless I get her kids visa.I understand. But she does not talk to me that much and when she does its not that long and very little info other then saying get orginized and kids here and she will come back.she does not ask me for money and will not take it.i dont know if this is a scam.she said she will not devorce unless I want to. My problem im in deep love with her and cant imagine not being with her. Should I roll the dice and get her kids visa and also she told me not to go to colombia I told her I will go in September and I did not get a responce.i wright her on facebook also with litle to no responce and again when she does respond its 1 word sentences.also I say I love her with no return to me on her end. Its been 3 weeks since we seen each other.can it be that she needs space our is this somthing bad.

Considering what you are describing i bet as soon you will bring her kids she will vanish, period.Just to make sure if she is here because of you or because of the green card tell her that you decided to move to Colombia, it will better for everyone. tell her that you will get any job there and she should work to help you out. I think she will vanish after you say that and then you will have your answer . Good luck.

If u have been married for 2 years u shuld kno the answer to this... Nobody here can answer this for u... Wat does ur heart say? Were their red flags before? Were her kids discussed before u married? Maybe shes just a mom that really missed her kids? N she feels like its not important to u but it is to her? Idk but there is more explanations other then just "scam"

You mention a 2 year permanent residence ... the two year residence is conditional.... subject to review. The lack of communication should be a red flag. And the fact that she does not want you going to Colombia. What is her relationship with the kids' father? That could be another red flag. Best wishes. I agree with Sandra's advice. Tell her you are moving to Colombia. Keep us posted.

She wants me to gey orginized, money in the bank, the house ready. I do understand this but she is not comunicsting and I just found out her good brothers friend left newjersy and they have been hanging out.she said nothing is going on. But how do I really know.
