Exactly five months, my NOA1 was really Febuary 8th, 9:15 pm last night got the Email, I dont know what Edward did after I hung up with him being he gave me no info, but I'm still cant believe it.... keep God in your heart and good things come...

Thank you for contacting the CIS Ombudsman Office. We are sorry to hear about the inconveniences you are facing because of the delay in the processing of your I-129F petition. While we sympathize with you and understand your frustration, there are times when workloads from one USCIS office are shifted to another office to speed up the processing.

Such is the case where the Vermont Service Center has recently shifted a lot of its I-129F workload to the Texas Service Center (TSC) for faster processing. The TSC requires adequate time to review and adjudicate your case and this process must be allowed to work. Please allow some time for this processing to complete.

This requires continued patience from you as USCIS strategizes to provide you with an adjudication decision as quickly as possible. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from USCIS within 60 days, please contact us and include case number 20132800 so that we may follow up on this matter.
