AOS and DS230 Document Cover Sheet

For I-864 and DS230, after paying the fee, the document cover sheet needs to be printed from the payment portal. But when I do that, I get an application error and I tried using different browsers as well. It says it’s paid but I am unable to print the cover sheet so that I can send the files to NVC. I called NVC as well and they seem to have the same problem. Anyone seen this lately?

Yeah, I got the same problem when I tried to print the cover sheet for AOS today. I would wait tomorrow and see if I get the same error, then I'll call NVC.

still no luck. same here - i paid AOS fee a day back.

i can see its PAID but can't print the document cover sheet. i assume without this we cant send the AOS to NVC, if we print the Receipt will that work? along with the AOS packet??

Jeez I thought I was the only one!!! Yesterday the server went down ALL afternoon!!!! I really hope its fixed tomorrow. I have a very hectic schedule @ work and was really hoping to get this done and over with. Not to mention my son is 20 years old and we need not get too close to him turning 21.
