He also testified in cross just a minute ago that blood from the nose would run out the nose even if Zimmermann were on his back when the bleeding occurred. He now testified that one can't really know when the nose bleeding started after it was hit and whether or not the blood would run out the nose or down the throat. Looks to me like he makes a good living testifying for a career.

Defense is not getting its money worth. So far, the esteemed doctor has only added to the prosecution's case. He really doesn't like the defenses exhibits. I haven't gotten as far as cross yet.

GZ Black neighbor who is sick and in bed, just testified on his behalf. wanted to help George out. Said great things about him, then testified it was GZ screaming.

This might be the most lopsided court case in history

They knew all this when they declined to prosecute the first time.

Some idiots actually believed we were learning new stuff. Every thing you see was in their hands and known and they decided not to prosecute. Paid racial arsonists came along and demanded a trial for killing a "black child walking home from the candy store" The former police chief had enough dignity and balls to say "NO!" He had to be fired. The county prosecutor had to be replaced with a soecial prosecutor, even the President of the United States jumped in where he has no business, the racists and gunophobes jumped all over it...just as they did to children in the school shooting to advance their agenda and f we are happy JUSTICE has been served...WE are dancing in blood. Spare me the BS.

The outcome of this trial was known by all the players before it began. This is why I always said it would end in acquittal because they had declined to bring charges to begin with. The new prosecutor cannot change the law, she can just proceed with a futile effort. It was never anything more than a puppet show. This is also why they never went to a Grand Jury...that was the give away...hell you can indict a ham sandwich! Yet they avoided that! CLUE!

Thing is that Martin being a thug is only a given in your imagination. And that of some others. There's no actual indication that he was a thug. Thugs typically have criminal or at least arrest records. Martin did not. Zimmermann, on the other hand, does. Just sayin'.

Di Maio was no Shiping Bao, the Volusia and Seminole County medical examiner whose shifting testimony last Friday was as frustrating for the defense as it was for the prosecution. Still, state attorney Bernie de la Rionda got Di Maio to talk about the $2,400 he was being paid by the defense to testify as an expert witness. The prosecutor got Di Maio to admit that it was possible Trayvon was pulling away from Zimmerman. And then de la Rionda got another interesting answer that flew right under the radar.

De la Rionda:

Do you know if George Zimmerman is right-handed or left?

Di Maio:

Right-handed.

That caught my attention, especially as one of the next images to come on my computer screen was an image of Zimmerman taking notes with his left hand. Throughout the trial, I have seen Zimmerman writing on a notepad with his left hand (see one imagehere).

Yesterday, Mark Ostermann testified that he and Zimmerman have practiced shooting with their “non-dominant” hands. “Whichever hand can get to the firearm, that’s the one you would use,” Osterman told the court. If Zimmerman’s “non-dominant” hand is the right one then why did the defense’s expert witness testify that Zimmerman was right-handed? After Di Maio’s very confident time on the stand, was that just a slip of the tongue?

Nothing in Yahoo news except that the Broward County Sheriff is preparing for riots. I guess he thinks GZ will be convicted and all the white folks will riot.

The med examiner said that the bullet angle was consistent with GZs story.

This case is done. GZ walks.

In Boston they are having another murder trial of a white guy, Whitey Bulger. His neame is even "Whitey". What could be better. He even killed some HOT women. We need the VJ prosecution on this case now that they have rested the TM/GZ case

Whitey is a legend, but the VJ legal team isn't the least bit interested. Whitey killed 19 people, but I think they were all white. So Whitey Bulger was a racist. He didn't kill any blacks. VJ should be all over this, but alas, if it isn't a white guy killing a minority, it gets no interest here.

Yo are so far out there it is almost not worth detailing the massive amount of testimony that he gave that slaughtered the prosecution

He also testified TM was on top of GZ when shot

He testified that TM was conscious and moving for a min of 15 seconds after shot

He testified that the evidence was improperly collected and stored.

He testified that lack of evidence means nothing

Its irrelevent. You can accpet that now or after he is acquitted. Makes no difference to me. The "notes" could be notes to their husbands to send out to them after the day's proceedings on how to cook the meatloaf.
