yes. this is the registration form that we need to fill out to register http://www.cfo.gov.ph/pdf/downloadable%20forms/registrationform.pdf once we have the visa already.

it is also available at CFO office..

the guidance and counseling form is another form that will be provided to us once we attend the Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP). this form is not available online

the registration fee, not sure if it is another P400 (it was not mentioned to us during our seminar)..

the P400 we paid when we attended the seminar is for the counseling fee..based on what is posted online.

but on my receipt, it actually shows "registration fee"-P385 , documentary stamp tax-P15

however,

If u look at their FAQs u will be seeing P400 for the registration fee ..

then if u lost the certificate u will pay P800..so maybe it is another P400 for the sticker (not sure)..

then on their FAQ too, u will also find there that the guidance and counseling fee is P250 (i guess the other P150 in our P400 is for the booklet or sticker??)

but i am not sure though bec i dnt have my sticker yet so i am not yet registered.. and i can only confirm the registration fee if I already registered or if i call cfo or my counselor..

maybe those who got the sticker just recently can tell us the right answer..

What are the requirements for registration?

Filipino emigrants are required to present the following documents for registration:

* Original valid passport

* Original and photocopy of visa

* One (1) 2x2 or passport-size photograph

* One (1) valid identification card with photograph*

* Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary (for USA-bound emigrant)*

* Original and photocopy of Confirmation of Permanent Residence (for Canada-bound emigrant)*

* Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility (for Japan-bound emigrant)*

* Original and photocopy of letter of approval for Work to Residence visa (for New Zealand-bound emigrants)*

* Photocopy of employment contract (for immigrant workers)

* Duly completed registration form

* Payment of P400.00 registration fee

* Attendance in the PDOS, guidance counseling or peer counseling session

I will give an update regarding the registration once i am done. but for now, just to be sure, it is either we contact cfo or those who had registered already can clarify this for us. i guess my counselor is very busy that's y she is not answering the phone.lol

Oh okay, thanks. That clears things up regarding the forms then. My fiance will be attending in two weeks, so we just want to be prepared. Guess we will find out later about any added fees.

yes.. i myself is confused with the registration fee posted online as one of the requirements for registration.and why they are not putting the exact amount if there is any. but i will try to contact again my counselor...maybe she is having a lecture now that's y she is not answering. or maybe some one here can also answer this confusions we have. good luck to both of u on your CFO GCP!

ok, so i asked on fb group if someone already "registered" at cfo.. or who got their sticker already.. if there was any additional fees..one said when she attended at the seminar she only paid P400..including the sticker.. so i guess no more additional fees..

hi guys im on the same boat and about to leave..quick question..now the U.S Embassy wanted us to make a payment for the green card before leaving, which i already did once we received the visa..its on the USCIS site...we printed the form (reciept) but it only says submitted and file approved..can we still leave the country?

So you have to have another registration form printed and filled to get the sticker if coming back?

And how much is this registration fee?

No you do not to register again. You need your certificate, your passport with visa and not sure of how much money. I asked my wife and she thinks it was 200 Php, of course bring more just to play it safe. (and if you would let me know the fee so I can add it to the list - thanks)

the registration happens once you have the visa in hand already. seminar/GCP will go first before the registration..

Attending the seminar does not make u automatically "registered"

and when u register, one of the req you will need is the registration form found online/at cfo's office which is the emigrant registration form <--- that form is not needed during the seminar. counselee will use the GCF during the seminar/gcp. If the counselee has the visa in hand already and will do the registration on the same day of her seminar,then she may download that form or ask at CFO's office.

also, some info that we put on our Guidance and Counseling Form (GCF) (this form is provided in CFO's office only) must also matched on the E-migrant registration form..

so it's better to just fill out that emigrant registration form if u are about to go back to CFO to register and already know how you fill out the GCF (as per counselor's instructions). whether the counselee will register on the same day of her seminar or will go back, she will still use the e-migrant reg form.. and will also fill out the gcf during the her seminar..

Update: some fb friends who attended the CFO recently / one who attended yesterday (who registered on the same day of her seminar) said that they did not pay any additional fees when they got their sticker.. they just paid the P400 only.. i hope there is no more add-ons once i go back there..
