So my husband came here on a K-1 fiance visa. We got married. Part 5 says enter the sum from 1 thorugh 7. 1 is the person who I am not sponsoring, then it says for 2 to add myself and 3 it says "If you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse. I assume I should not enter 1 for my current spouse as this will make it look like I have 3 people on my household as that would be counting my current husband who is also the person I am sponsoring as two people. Correct? Kind of confused on that one..

Persons you ARE sponsoring is your husband, so you put a 1 for him in #1. Anything after #1 are persons NOT sponsored, so it would be a 0 for #3. Some people using this form may not be sponsoring their spouse, and therefore would need to count their spouse there as well as the person they are sponsoring. You do not count anyone twice, so #3 is always 0 for anyone sponsoring their spouse.
