What about an unarmed teenager not being subjected to profiling just for walking home from the nearest convenience store on a Sunday evening? Does he have a right to defend himself against some older man following him and not identifying himself? Why didn't Zimmerman just roll down a window and talk to the kid? If he was too scared to do that, he should have been too scared to get out of the car and follow him into a poorly illuminated and unfamiliar area.

The child can call white guy " Creepy Cracker" that is not racist, the same child had THC in the blood when incident happen but lets not talk about it.

He was just a child walking home from store with ice tea and skittles.

Wow, I've been on vacation for a week and things haven't changed. Since it's Ramadan I'll keep it simple for you:

He was a child walking home from the store, what else was he doing? If being high on weed makes you violent, please link proof of this. THC can stay in your system for days, and even if he was smoking before he went to the store, does that make it alright? And a grown man following a 17 year old at night? I would call that creepy, but I guess you think it's perfectly normal.

And cracker? This makes him violent? What about these a******* always get away? Or f****** goons or coons, however you want to look at it? What does that say about Zimmerman's frame of mind?

You would think if the shooter was the one doing the shooting and if as he testified, he didn't think he hit him, he would have continued yelping.

Funny how if someone was in such a panic, fearing for his life, he would suddenly no longer be hysterical. Not a very common experience.

I thought GZ said that TM spoke to him and was sitting up after he fired the shot, hence the statement that he thought he missed. I think it's on the police re creation video.

He said "you got me".

He said "you got me".

That's what GZ claimed TM said. And I think he said that TM sat up or moved away or something to that effect leading him to think that he had missed. He then said he held him down so he couldn't get up. I think there was a discrepancy of whether TM was face up or face down since he was found face down on the ground.

Yes. Funny how the screams stopped when someone was shot in the chest.

Someone that Zimmermann was allegedly still afraid of after the shot according to his own statements.

thats most likely because the assault had stopped at that point. noone attacking him, he stopped screaming for help..go figure

He must have still be afraid of the teen after he shot him. According to Zimmermann, he tackled the teen for some time after he was already shot fearing whatever it was that Zimmermann thought Martin had in his hands. So if the fear didn't stop, why did the screams for help?

Which is weird since GZ shot him in the heart. I'm no medical expert but one has to wonder how much energy he would have to spend to sit up or even put up a fight that required GZ to still hold him afterwards.

I have no idea. Was this addressed at any point thus far into the trial? I haven't watched any of it and i only read a bit here and there.

During this month, Muslims are to be humble and better people. Instead of a smart alec remark, I just stated some facts.

I've tried to keep my knowledge of this case minimal. My wife is trying to stop me from going full tilt rant mode. But, what I do know is if he takes the stand he will have to explain this. But something tells me he won't.
