When you log in from a PC, you can click the word 'timeline' and view timeticks.

That stuff isn't viewable from a handphone or even most feckless pads.

Be vigilant. Our I-130 got all screwed up after the NOA2. USCIS didn't pay attention to the paperwork and assumed my wife was in the USA and wanted to change status. They bounced the petition from NVC to a local USCIS office where it collected dust for 3 months and nobody knew where it was. Turns out they were waiting on our change of status papers (which would never come as we were not change of status).

Just keep on them and make sure you do your best to track the paper trail.

2012-11-20: Married in USA!

CR-1 Visa (9 Months, 16 Days)
2013-01-21: I-130 Packet Sent
2013-01-29: NOA1
2013-03-25: NOA2
2013-07-08: NVC Case Number Generated
2013-08-21: Medical exam in Moscow
2013-09-17: Expedite request accepted by NVC. Packet forwarded to Moscow embassy.
2013-09-26: Embassy contacted Rita to schedule her interview. Scheduled for 2013-09-30!
2013-09-30: Interview in Moscow - APPROVED!!
