And i just submitted an Ombudsman case, and have an infopass meeting scheduled for 7/16/2013.

Another day and no notice. My congressman's office stated they contacted the TSC today on my behalf about the delay. But I almost think they are also saying anything just to shut me up. This is sooooo ridiculous.

Ask them to forward you the email they sent to TSC. Usually the service center's congressional dept responds within a day so therefore it's appropriate to ask.

Hang in there, I just got my NOA2 today and I was getting pretty annoyed waiting.

Well, after all my complaining the last two days, I feel like a complete jerk. I went to the grocery store with my mom, and we talked about how I would deal with waiting another 180 days if that happens. Was sad to think it could be that much longer for us to be apart. I checked my iPhone when we got home, and I had this sitting there:

On July 9, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

We are now NOA2 Approved! :D
