Just a background information first... This is the second time I am applying for the Finace Visa for someone... My first marriage didn't work and the person assosiated with the first marriage no longer lives in US and never got the Green Card.

This is for US Embasy in New Delhi, India

Question 3: I am assuming that this is for the person I am sponsoring? Marital Status here will be Divorced (If the person is Divroced correct?)

Question 7: What is (With a cash surrender value of:?) Do I need to show proof on Stocks and Real Estate Property? Can the esimated value come from recent re-finacing or zestimate? Personal property I am assuming is Jewelry and Car?

Question 8: Should this be left blank if no one is dependen on me? The only person dependent would be my Fiance who hasn't arrived yet. I don't think I have to write my Fiance's name here.

Question 9: Should I write about affidavit of support duing my X-Wife tenure? For both Fiance Visa and Green Card Application? Or Should this be left blank?

Quesiton 10: Should I write about both the Visa petition of my X-Wife Fiance and current Fiance or should this be left black?

I know there are lots of questions I am asking.... Your help is greatly appreciated.

Does this form need notarized?

Question 3: I am assuming that this is for the person I am sponsoring? Marital Status here will be Divorced (If the person is Divroced correct?) Yes, this is about the foreign fiance(e). Yes, I would think Divorced would be correct.

Question 7: What is (With a cash surrender value of:?) Do I need to show proof on Stocks and Real Estate Property? Can the esimated value come from recent re-finacing or zestimate? Personal property I am assuming is Jewelry and Car? Do you actually need t use assets? If your income meets the requirement, then you can simply leave the asset questions blank. If you need to use assets, then you must provide documentation of ownership and value.

Question 8: Should this be left blank if no one is dependen on me? The only person dependent would be my Fiance who hasn't arrived yet. I don't think I have to write my Fiance's name here. Do not leave it blank, write None. See example form> http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Question 9: Should I write about affidavit of support duing my X-Wife tenure? For both Fiance Visa and Green Card Application? Or Should this be left blank? List your ex-wife's name and the date you filed the affidavit for the K-1, since you said she never received a green card, the affidavit for the adjustment must have never been accepted and activated for her?

Quesiton 10: Should I write about both the Visa petition of my X-Wife Fiance and current Fiance or should this be left black? Your ex-wife and current fiancee need to be listed/

I know there are lots of questions I am asking.... Your help is greatly appreciated.

Does this form need notarized? Unless your consulate instructions specifically ask that it is notarized, then no.

Thanks for the response...

[Yes this was not accepted as I withdrew the application; What if you don't know the exact mm/dd/yyyy? I do know the year and possibly a month. Will I be held resposible for not providing the support dates for my X for Green Card (I did that twice and both times I had to withdraw the application) ]

[i assume it is okay to leave the assets question and property unanswered if I make enough money beyond the poverty law?]

Thanks once again

Yes, you can just list the month and year if you do not know the exact date. You withdrew them, so no affidavit of support was ever actually in use. You can list the dates for those too though, if you feel more comfortable doing so. You would probably want to provide a statement explaining you withdrew them and they were never enforced.

No need to list assets of your income meets the requirement. Enter you current annual income where it asks and then just leave everything else asking about assets blank.

Yes, do not check either and put 'N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)' as shown on the example form> http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

That box there in the middle of the oath used to be just a glitch line that could be left blank. It then also used to say "Enter Relationship" when you moused over it. However, on the new version of the form, it asks that you print the sponsor's name there to recognize that you read page 2 of the instructions. So, use the newest version of the form and put your name there. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf

No. If your income meets the requirement, then you can leave the assets blank.

Thanks all for the help... More questions might come as my fiancee starts filling the 156 and 156-K forum. Some of the questions are tricky as we both are divorced.

I will come back with the questions I have once both the forms are filled so one thread would be all that is required.
