Called Ciudad Juarez and informed that THEY DID receive my info which is great. Now my only problem is about that dam letter they send.

1 Who actually mails it out?

2. Who gets a copy of that letter

3. I can fill out the forms thats on the CDJ website right.. " I already fill out all of them , paid the fees sent up the ASC appy and the interview 1 bit more then a moth in a half."

4. I see different answers about the letter sent from juarez. Mail service is bad, That I know cause I work for the post office

CDJ sends it out and it is supposed to be sent to the USC petitioner and the foreign fiance(e).

you can also go to the consulate when you get to Juarez before your interview and get a copy of the appointment letter.

I had that problem too! I kept calling and asking if the received my case, one had said no and the next day i had called and they told me they received it 3 days before! About that letter, I dont know what to believe anymore.. A lot of people have told me we can go ask for it at the consulate, but when I called they said i have to wait for it, it can take from 4-6 weeks to arrive. Since I have 3 waiting for it she said i still have to wait :/ The lady said two months ago they were allowing that but now their policy had changed, but I still know of people who have gone to ask for it.

Calling the CDJ line is just like calling the USCIS line and only speaking to a tier one person manning the phones. There is plenty of misinformation to go around. Hard to trust anything they say really. Several people have had their letters printed out at the consulate by showing up early before any of their appointments and letting them know at the customer information window there that they never received their letter and need it for their appointments.

I will agree with Kay as the incorrect information they give is a joke. We are still trying to secure the invitation letter and the Consulate's office received our package from the national visa center over three weeks ago. I still cannot understand why they cannot email the invitation letter.
