Looks like you got everything but the kitchen sink... should be good to send.

what about:

W-2 from 2012 to go with the tax return?

Don't need 2009, 2010, 2011 year tax returns. The embassy only asks for the most recent tax return. (you can send them but they won't be asked for)

Embassy has the original of the I-129F petition already, they won't ask for a copy. You can sent a copy of course, just won't be asked for. Just make sure your fiancée has info about you, your mom & dad.... read the CFO section - they ask for a lot of #######. But you are good to go with the embassy.

Like said you have it all ++ :)

Tax return for 2012 and 2011 both have w2 within their contents

Also I have my 2012 tax return from the Philippines which will be included also. I worked there for 8 months in 2012

Thank you very much for liking it over. Gema already did her CFO class and knows all my families names, hobbies, dogs names, where I grew up what I do for work etc :)

Thanks again hank you have been a life saver
