I just don't understand when my case was transferred, in October 2013 or just this month? This is so weird and it sounds to me that they have forgotten about my case because they didn't transfer it until I contacted them...

So I got two letters that sound like the ones you're describing. The first one I got was dated a little over a month after I filled - form I-797C Notice of Action, looks like more of a form than a letter, saying "This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at: (Cali Service Center address), and the other letter (which looks like an actual letter) was received 4 months later, saying "This letter is in reference to you Form I-751... This is to notify you that your petition has been relocated to the USCIS Field Office listed below for adjudication."

Both of these have the same EAC number on them, and when I track it, it says "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status."

However, on my Bio letter (which looks just like the form about transferring to CSC office) it has a different EAC number to the other two letters. Look at your bio letter - is it different on yours too?

What's the date on the letter? Sounds like someone screwed up somewhere, but at least one of your EAD numbers gives you info - that means you're not lost in the system just yet!

Have you spoken with a phone rep about it?

The first letter regarding transfer was dated sometime in October 2013. The email saying it was transferred to local office was sent to me last month. They sent it to me as a response to my e-request.

Phone representatives havent been very helpful on this.

See my timeline - it was a good few months between being transferred to the local office and getting the interview date. The good news is things are moving :) Hang in there, the longer you wait, the sweeter the celebration at the end.
