• Copy of the joint tax return for tax year 2011 and 2012(IRS tax transcripts)

• Copies of rental/lease agreements
• Copy of our driver's licenses showing same home address

• Copy of Aetna health Insurance policy showing the spouse
(Beneficiary) as beneficiary.

• Copy of Geico auto insurance company verifying joint auto liability coverage under both of our names

• Copies of joint utilities bills for the last 2 years.

• Original affidavits sworn by relatives that knows us quite well. (Note: We have attached 2 letters and they are notarized)

You need a full copy of joint bank statements one per quarter covering the full period - most applicants got RFE due to lack of this. Other than that everything else is fine. No need of copies of US citizens stuff and marriage with this application. All the best.

I am not sure how to do the rich text but we sent our I 751 package to VSC on 08/08. It was received on 08/09. Now we start the waiting game. Good luck to all August filers.

Or do I need to send all the pages? Any suggestions please? Did anyone of you get RFE when sending out the first page instead of all? The other items and I am sending out to include are:

Please get a letter from your brother that you are staying with him - make sure that the letter mentions the from date and the end date or current. Also get the full details of your brother in the first paragraph of his letter. Check out my list, which on the first page of this thread for ideas on what you could send.

Get Itinerary of your India trip and remember to send the Full bank statement - one per quarter. All the best.
