Just mailed my I-751 today to the Vermont Service Center!

I am about to submit I 751 Removal of conditions. Please let me know if I am missing anything from the list.

• Check of $590.00 for form I-751 ($505.00) and biometrics (85.00), payable to U.S Department of Homeland Security.
• Completed form I-751, signed by both Beneficiary and USC spouse. We are filing this petition together.
• Copy of Beneficiary’s Permanent Resident Card (I-551) Front and Back.

• A copy of the US Citizen’s Certificate of Naturalization and copy of Passport.
• Copy of the joint tax return for tax year 2011 and 2012(IRS tax transcripts)

• Copies of rental/lease agreements
• Copy of our driver's licenses showing same home address

• Copy of Aetna health Insurance policy showing the spouse
(Beneficiary) as beneficiary.

• Copy of Geico auto insurance company verifying joint auto liability coverage under both of our names

• Copies of joint utilities bills for the last 2 years.

• Original affidavits sworn by relatives that knows us quite well. (Note: We have attached 2 letters and they are notarized)

• Copy of joint credit cards from Capital One with all the numbers blacked out except for the last four.

• Copy of Costco Club membership cards verifying the joint accounts under both of our names.

• Copies of Wellsfargo bank statements verifying the joint accounts.(first page)
• Copy of our passports including the page of the entry/exit stamps from our India trip in January 2013. Also including the copy of boarding passes from various trips.
• Some copies of the pictures we took together and some with families/friends over the past couple of years.(Locations and dates are written on the back of the pictures)
• Copy of marriage certificate and anniversary letter from relatives addressing both of us.

You need a full copy of joint bank statements one per quarter covering the full period - most applicants got RFE due to lack of this. Other than that everything else is fine. No need of copies of US citizens stuff and marriage with this application. All the best.

I am not sure how to do the rich text but we sent our I 751 package to VSC on 08/08. It was received on 08/09. Now we start the waiting game. Good luck to all August filers.

Thank you Navyk for your suggestion. I thought just the first page of Bank Statement should be sufficient hence I prepared to send covering entire 2 years period. Your suggestion helps me and others to avoid possible RFE on this.

So guys I received my NOA date 8/6/13. please update me thank you. For some reason my case is not available online, they moving kinda slow with the updates.

Lease is one of the important evidences - yes, first page evidences both your names but please send the full lease copy to be on safe side.

Please get a letter from your brother that you are staying with him - make sure that the letter mentions the from date and the end date or current. Also get the full details of your brother in the first paragraph of his letter. Check out my list, which on the first page of this thread for ideas on what you could send.

Get Itinerary of your India trip and remember to send the Full bank statement - one per quarter. All the best.
