my case was transferred to csc. I received a rfe . Can smbdy tell me at what address i have to send back documents for rfe. I didnt received return envelope. Thx

No - if you look at the CSC list one more time you will observe that here are 3 that sent directly to CSC that also got approvals.

A lot of factors play their role. A few of the important ones that actually delay certain applications by months even after all the right evidence has been submitted.

• Readability of the finger prints - this can delay 1 - 2 months.
• FBI search based for criminal records that hits records - this could cause issues for people with common names like Joseph, John, etc, which requires additional special search that delays things very much - this can cause delay anywhere from 3 - 15 months.
• The business of each center and within the center the individual that is actually processing one's case (his perception of the whole process) - this can delay 1 - 2 months.
• Of late the cases are actually getting transferred to Local Offices under the supervision of CSC and that causes some additional distortion - leading to later applications getting approved before the earlier ones, under similar circumstances - this can delay 1 - 2 months.

For example, I have no doubt that our application is well prepared but I also know that Charlotte LO where my application is actually being processed is terrible. They took 2 hours for finger prints with just one person ahead of us.

We did no do anything special.Thought of doing a walk in biometrics but went the day assigned by the uscis instead. The documents we sent were part of the list of the documents given on the I 130 instructions but they were neatly organized with tabs marking sections and a table of content showing what documents were under each tab. We do not know yet where our case was approved, as we have not received anything in the mail yet, but will update as soon as we find out.
