I filed my I-751 on August 5, wishing everyone the best of luck. I a bit worried too about the amount of evidence I provided but hope it's good enough.

Hi CrazyD, which service center?

Hi, I'm getting ready to file next week, i have almost everything ready but i have a big question, I know one of the most important documents its the joint lease but in our case my wife is the only one in it, due to the fact that we were too irresponsible at the moment and we didnt think we were gonna need it, we've been trying to fix this but the guy its impossible to reach and never return our calls, its never at his office, do you think this will raise a red flag? should i still send copy of it and explain why my name its not on there? or should I not? a little help here please,. I'll include a list of my evidence once im done gathering it to detail.

Thanks to everyone. :)

Sure a joint lease is one of the top evidences but do send the one you have and explain why you could get it converted to joint lease. Meanwhile get it changed to joint lease and keep it ready - just in case of a RFE. If you other evidence is strong, you may probably escape with the explanation. All the best with your application.

Mine was taken out on 8/5/13. VSC is generally a little slow. Let's hope that we all get our approvals sooner and without RFE.
