My GC expired Sept 14,2013 and i just mailed my packet August 29, 2013 and delivered Sept 3 is that too late? am I going to have a problem since my GC will expired soon? Pls advice

I'm pretty sure that as long as they send you your NOA before that date your are gonna be fine or at least if they start the process before that date it's ok, you still got like two more weeks so... Good luck

So, I thought that you guys might be interested...

I know that if you file in Vermont, your receipt number starts with EAC. I sent mine to Vermont but my receipt number starts with WAC and the address at the bottom is Laguna Niguel, CA. I'm assuming that I have been transferred to CSC. That could be why it took so long for me to receive my NOA1.

Any thoughts or other suggestions??

Hello. Would like to know how long usually it would take to cash the check payment fee for I-751? I mailed my I-751 on August 26 and received on Aug. 28. It's already Sept. 5 and still not withdrawn the check. By the way, the check was from my husband. Is this gonna a problem? Thanks!

GC expired sept 14, 2013 packet just mailed august 29, 2013 and packet received sept 3, 2013 is that too late? am going to have a problem my GC will expired soon.

You are fine - USCIS needs to receive your application on or before (90 day) the GC expiry date.

So, I thought that you guys might be interested...

I know that if you file in Vermont, your receipt number starts with EAC. I sent mine to Vermont but my receipt number starts with WAC and the address at the bottom is Laguna Niguel, CA. I'm assuming that I have been transferred to CSC. That could be why it took so long for me to receive my NOA1.

Any thoughts or other suggestions??

Some June VSC applicants got transferred to CSC after getting NOA1 from VSC. The July VSC applicants didn't moved yet. Now you are first VSC applicant to be moved directly to CSC and got NOA1 from them - may be it good for you.

Hello. Would like to know how long usually it would take to cash the check payment fee for I-751? I mailed my I-751 on August 26 and received on Aug. 28. It's already Sept. 5 and still not withdrawn the check. By the way, the check was from my husband. Is this gonna a problem? Thanks!

Generally within 4 - 7 days. But generally during long week-ends it gets delayed. It should be done in a day or two.
