Only in your imagination. No testimony to that effect has been offered at trial to date and it won't be offered during the remainder of the trial either. You are quite obviously illiterate which is your issue to deal with. What it is not is a reason to justify the killing of a teenager. The basis for george shooting travon was travon told the first witness he was going to kill a cracker that night.. While high on drugs stalked george and sucker punched him . Then he tried a little ground and pound with a cement sidewalk on george. George fearing for his life after screaming for half a minute or more for help that never came had to shoot the racist african american male. Just to save his own life. I thought you were keeping up on this trial.

Martin wasn't out to randomly attack someone that night, and believing he was is not only ignorant to the facts, but is thinly veiled bigotry. There was no motive for TM to come after GZ other than being afraid by GZ's bizarre and unexplained behavior. So, according to you, GZ justifiably was afraid that night. A neighborhood watchman, former bouncer, a law enforcement aficionado, a guy who had been training in MMA, a solid, 180lb, twenty-something year old who carried a loaded firearm...afraid for his life from a lanky, unarmed 17 yr. old who initially ran away from him. Yep, that makes sense. Oh, wait....but there's evidence...the ME's testimony, GZ´s call with the police and he's presumptive comments about TM. There's the phone call between TM and his gf, there's the conflicting eye witness accounts of who was on top, whether the fight was entirely on the ground, who was actually screaming. Yep, I can see why you'd think GZ was justified in killing TM - because you're convinced that TM was a vicious thug because he was black. Makes perfect sense.

OJ was not proven guilty, and if you followed that case closely as I did, there was no other verdict that jury could come to. The most reasonable conclusion in that case, was that the LAPD screwed up when they investigated the case, and allowed a racist to tamper with the evidence.

Juries do not find defendants innocent, they just determine whether or not the prosecution has reasonably shown the defendant' guilt, more so than any case presented by the defense.

Your reading comprehension skills suck. But if you're going to take her testimony as reliable, then you'd accept her stating that it was GZ who came up to TM, shoved him and asked him what he was doing there. Now that sounds more like a former bouncer, MMA fighter, police wannabe, short tempered, gun toter than the helpless, screaming while his mouth is covered because he's afraid of unarmed teenagers pansy that you believe him to be.

People on both sides of this case post things daily to piss off people on the other side. Most know where to draw the line, but a few do not. There has been plenty of bigotry and racism on this subject for the past few months.Anyone gloating over someone's death has more serious issues that cannot be addressed here. I get the impression that some here would love to be in the position to be able to kill someone and not face repercussions. Or at least that's what their internet persona portrays. Ignorance is bliss.

I can only suggest, Steven, that you lobby your state legislature to get height, weight, age, race, "solidity", lankiness and MMA ability included in your state's self defense statute and deadly force statute. Your fantasy does not exist in law. Get over it.

This case was destined to be a loser from the start, which is WHY they chose not to arrest GZ in the beginning. It is WHY they bypassed the Grand Jury for indictment. It is why the news media played altered versions of the 911 call.

Most of life's disappointments, Steven, come from unreasonable expectations.

I think you are right. From the beginning these people were willing to fry GZ and barely wanted to bother with a trial. Doctor up some 911 tapes, play them in the media and seek the death penalty if possible. They gloated over it endlessly and are very upset with our system of justice. It is disgusting how they used the death of this young man to attempt to destroy our system of justice.

Others of us are pleased to see justice served and pleased to see that when it becomes necessary the right to defend oneself and family actually exists and actually can be used. Killing someone is the 2nd to last thing I would ever want to do, and I would never pass judgement on someone because of their race.

As you note, Spooky, many will be upset that justice worked, that our system protected a citizen who protected himself, they hate that TM could not just kill without reprecussions and that those reprecussions can be delivered immediately by the victim. There is something missing in their mental process to suggest a person must simply submit to attack on the street and allow themselves to be maimed or killed.

Nice logical thoughts Spooky. None of it applies to the racists that insisted this victim be charged with a crime for a show trial just because he is white.

They are going into meltdown mode and I am not going to try and appease them any further. We listened to their racist vitriol for more than a year whenever the topic of this trial came up. They had their official appeasement and it did not work (who'da thunk it?) I am not going to give them any.

They will accuse me of "dancing in blood" and I couldn't possibly care less. They are racists, I do not care what they think of me. I hope they hate me, one can be judged by their enemies as well as by their friends.
