I also confirmed it was GZ screaming, that was definitely a honky cracker scream. Case closed.

The basis for george shooting travon was travon told the first witness he was going to kill a cracker that night.. While high on drugs stalked george and sucker punched him . Then he tried a little ground and pound with a cement sidewalk on george. George fearing for his life after screaming for half a minute or more for help that never came had to shoot the racist african american male. Just to save his own life. I thought you were keeping up on this trial.

Only in your imagination. No testimony to that effect has been offered at trial to date and it won't be offered during the remainder of the trial either. Now his dad said it was him. Why the flip flop? He must not be credible since he changed his story. Or does changing the story only count when it is against GZ?

He then listened to the tape repeatedly at a later time and says that he was then able to identify his son as the source of the screaming. That's not exactly a flip-flop. If it is, then George Zimmermann has flip-flopped on his own voice recognition as well. George Zimmermann when first presented with the audio told police that the screaming doesn't sound like him. Then he changed his story claiming that was his voice.

Only one juror needs to have doubt. Do any of you TM advocates think that OJ and Casey Anthony were innocent? Do you think the case against GZ is stronger than either of those cases? Pick six random P&R posters and you have a hung jury.

Actually, the two cops can't agree exactly to the wording of the question, or to what Tracy Martin's response was. There is a third witness, another cop. Nobody noticed the female investigator Singleton being there. The chief investigator Serino remembers another cop being there. I expect the state to call that guy as a rebuttal witness.

Hung jury means a mistrial, and the feds take over, you can count on that. Of course, there will also be a wrongful death civil action no matter the outcome of the criminal case. I don't think it will be that hard to win. It doesn't take a unanimous decision in a civil trial.

So a hung jury means a mistrial? Start all over again? On what grounds and what does the prosecution have to add to it's case to make it stronger if that happens?

Civil suit is much easier. OJ was found guilty. Now do you think that OJ and Casey Anthony were innocent and do you think the Zimmerman case is stronger than those two?
