The judged refused another motion to dismiss...of course. She will deny any and all such motions because the racial arsonists that demanded this trial need every attempt to appease them. The decision will go to the jury and the jury will acquit on all counts. Anyone imagining any other possible outcome is out of their mind.

General media has now slipped from the "he will probably not be convicted" mode to the "this looks like a railroad job of GZ" mode.

The FBI has lost interest in pursuing any racist/civil rights angle. GZ may end up being the one getting a huge settlement in this matter

Mighty quite on here today. Judge ruled they can admit the evidence that TM was under the influence of weed at the time. Funny GZ said "he acts like he is on drugs" or words to that effect. Looks like GZ was right on everything.

I haven't it watched any of it.. I just find the commentary on here from both sides entertaining. everyone thinks they are unbiased but nobody is..

I am biased. In case anyone thought I was not...I am. I do not think I ever claimed to be unbiased.

I see the thread today is but 3 pages. That means GZ is winning.

I believe that GZ is a man that was legally armed and legally defended himself from an attacker. I hope he is acquitted. I always believed he would be, it appears he will. I am on GZs side and I am definitely biased. Being biased does not make one wrong. Being wrong makes one wrong and I can see who has been wrong. I am not surprised, but I AM biased.

The "other side" had plenty of time to post on VJ when they had a flicker of fantasy that GZ may bet convicted, now they will just...well, have a life outside VJ. I encourage it. I wish them luck in their life outside VJ

I hope Florida becomes the next state to allow ANY person to carry concealed handguns without a permit. It would have saved TMs life if he could have expected GZ to be armed. There would have been no shooting.

They must not of had that story when you were growing up. When I was kid every year you would go back to school from Summer vacation and inevitably some kid would start running his mouth about this hot girl he spent the summer with and how she's his new girlfriend etc. Of course when you asked further, the response was always "She lives in Canada, she had to go back home" Maybe that was a Michigan thing where I grew up, but it seems like I heard that story about the non-existent Canadian girlfriend every fall when going back to school.
