K-1 Visa Interview Letter - Links does not work

Hi all,

My fiancee just got her interview date from the US consulate in Vietnam. The document received stated two links for further instructions in regards to the medical examination and documents required. However the links provided does not work. Refer to the links below:

Can someone please send me the correct links or the documents itself, that would be greatly appreciated.

3rd May 2013 - Married in London
7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

 

* How? Read my DCF London I-130 for CR1/IR1 Spouse Guide

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production
27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed
26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

After thoroughly reading through the two links, it seems that the two documents differ by a few points. Please let me know which form I should follow. FYI, I am applying for a K-1 Visa. Thanks all again.

As you are K1, I would imagine it is the one labelled as K1: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/hochiminh/231771/PDFs/K-APPOINTMENT-PACKAGE.pdf

I also just read through the US consulate in Vietnam website and saw this:

"Since fiancé(es) are nonimmigrant visa applicants, they should use the I-134. They will need to submit an I-864 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) when they adjust status to conditional immigrant in the United States after they are married."
